A massage, a cut of hair, food free and much more; although you won’t believe that, it is a part of working at Google, it sounds funny, no? Working at Google is considered one of the best places of work because it creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for the workers, I didn’t expect less of the most powerful mark of the world, nevertheless the salaries are considered a little low, for example, according to Wikipedia, some administrators do not earn more than $35.000 per year; however, in my country, that is considered a good salary but I suppose that for others, that is very low.

It seems that Google is not satisfied with the contextual ads, nor with References 2.0, because Google released a new system based on newspapers, therefore it affirms the Official Google Blog, now the advertisers of AdWords will be able to publish their ads in more than 200 American newspapers; it seems to be that Google is going to be one of systems more robust in publicity.
In my opinion, this system is going to be much successful because it facilitates the publication of ads in newspapers.
Although it was possible to generate income to promote products of Google, now AdSense extends its market and releases “References 2.0″, which is a PPA program (pay-per-action); It means you can earn money through registries, purchases, to prove a product and more. This is a great step that gives AdSense concerning marketing in Internet.
One of the flagrant characteristics is the one to see the price that each advertiser pays, besides optimizing your site so that the products are the more paid.
Remember that Adsense was released 5 years ago and is now one of the best advertizing programs in the world, and it is not strange to think that this new scheme can equal or improve programs like Amazon.com or Ebay.
I have read much about this subject and although there is many plugins that can be added to wordpress is nor no one that functions perfectly, always have some disadvantage to use, for example it is not optimized for search engines, another they only link to another Web it translates so that it and in majority of the cases they do not have a correct URL.
In the case of this blog we had another method that I believe that he is something logical, since it is not necessary to link to the same post in several languages, that would take to us much since each subject is written in a different installation, simply we wrote the same subject in several languages without link them beacuse an English visitor will only be interested in English content in, just like a Dutch or Japanese visitor, so would be of including links of translations more.
It brings very many more advantages, one of them is that each subject has a unique URL for each language, another one of them is that the commentaries are not going to be mixed, and it works as if they were blogs different.
The unique disadvantage is that the same subject takes a little time you to write them in each blog.
I know that this first post will not be read by many people because it is not popular but I want to make a small summary of what it is going to deal and stuff. We are three bloggers: Alex Shock, Elmer Espirilla and me (michi122513).
What makes special to this blog is that we want to share our ideas, information, anecdotes and an endless number of subjects to the greater amount of people. It is so we have the intention to translate manually each subject that we publish to 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese German, and
Swedish.
